For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days prior to the local check-in time (as stated in the confirmation email – 3:00 p.m. local time unless otherwise specified).

If the guest cancels less than 5 days before check-in, the cost of the first night plus 50% of the cost of all subsequent nights is non-refundable.

If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the room rate will be refunded for the remaining nights outstanding 24 hours after receipt of the cancellation.

 

Cancellation conditions for long-term rentals: 

  • Automatically applied to bookings that are 28 nights or more
  • Bookings are fully refundable for 48 hours after confirmation if canceled at least 28 days prior to check-in (3:00 p.m. local time in destination unless otherwise specified)
  • If guests cancel more than 48 hours after booking, they will receive a full refund minus the first 30 days

 

Do guests get a cleaning fee refund?

The cleaning fee will be refunded if a guest cancels prior to check-in.
