Cancellation policy
In order to receive a full refund, guests must cancel the booking at least 30 days prior to check-in.
If less than 30 days but at least 7 days remain before check-in, the guest will receive 50% of the booking amount for all nights booked.
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they will not be refunded.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and there are at least 14 days left until check-in.
Cancellation policy for long term rentals
If a stay is booked for 28 nights or more, the following cancellation policy applies
Cancellation policy for long term bookings. If canceled up to 30 days prior to check-in, the guest will receive a full refund. If the guest cancels less than 30 days prior to check-in, the first month is non-refundable. If a guest cancels after the start of their stay, the following month of the booking is non-refundable.
Do guests receive a refund of the cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee will be refunded if a guest cancels before check-in.
