Cancellation policy
– In order to receive a full refund, guests must cancel the booking at least 30 days prior to check-in.
– If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will be refunded 50% for all nights.
– If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they will not be refunded.
– Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and there are at least 14 days left until check-in.
Cancellation policy for long term rentals
If a reservation is for 28 nights or more, the long–term cancellation policy applies. The guest will receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If the guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, the first month is non-refundable. If a guest cancels after the trip has started, the following month of the reservation is non-refundable
Do guests receive a refund of the cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee will be refunded if a guest cancels before check-in.
